Our Mission
Our History
Moon Dog Theatre was founded in 2023 by ensemble member, Nicholas Barelli, to unite artists throughout the Rockford community.
Since then, the theatre has produced numerous plays, variety nights, and comedy shows, as well as offering free workshops led by industry professionals in the Rockford community.
The theatre operates as a non-profit organization relying on community support to produce events each year.
Moon Dog is honored to be Rockford Public Library’s “Artist in Residence” since 2023.
